On July 21, Bill Jordan ("local chair" for the conference, who graciously arranged to offer rides from Waco Airport) wrote this:
We will arrange to pick up everyone who has signed up above this note. If you sign up later, please send me an email at bill_jordan@baylor.edu. Those of you who arrive at either 2:50 p.m. or 9:15 p.m. will be picked up at the time you arrive. On both Thursday and Friday, there are people coming in at 4:35 and 5:20 p.m. We will have someone at the airport by 4:35, but will not leave the airport until after the 5:20 group arrives. For contact info about being picked up, my cell phone is (254) 292-0874 and my email is bill_jordan@baylor.edu
If you're flying into Waco Airport, ASA is offering free rides to Baylor (through the generosity of people living in Waco) and all you must do is to tell us, by emailing Bill Jordan (as described above) and, if you want, also ADDING A NEW COMMENT (you don't have to "log in" first) and providing information about your flight-TIMING (day & time) and your personal-contact info.
To avoid spam, you can
use a temporary throwaway address (from hotmail, gmail,...) instead of posting your main address, or
hide your email from spam-bots as described in the
Travel Page.
For the return trip from Baylor, there will be a Ride Board at the conference where you can write information (about your airport and flight times) and arrange rides to the airport.
