Bertvan, I do not respond to blackmail. I will not stop trying to inform
you of the truth, or when you are being an ass, just because you do not
have the honor or integrity to respect a request for privacy. By insisting
upon publicly posting essays that are clearly marked private, simply for
the purpose of trying to intimidate me into silence, you demonstrate to
everyone on this list that your intention is not debate, not rational
discussion, but character assassination and denigration of people and ideas
you hate.
