I took this at face value as correct and commented accordingly. However
today while in an idle moment at work I looked up Amazon.com and found
the following books by Professor Berry listed. I suspect the confusion
arose because while he is known universally as Sam, Prof. Berry's
initials are actually R. J. The only two books by a Sam Berry had
nothing to do with the case. Pity that search engines are so literal
and only turn up what we ask for and not what we want!
