This may be fortuitous, as I suspect that a further response from me
would degenerate into haggling over already reworked material. I am
still mystified by the reactions received, but think that it is
prudent for me to back off for a while rather than pursue a
discussion that appears to be getting increasingly complicated as
time passes.
Thanks for the exchanges - I'm sure the issues will surface again in
