My answer:
Given a Creator having unfathomable creativity (to be employed in the
thoughtful conceptualization of a Creation) and unlimited generosity (in
the unselfish giving of being to a Creation), the odds could be anything
from 0-1, depending on the Creator's choice for the particular character of
the Creation to which being is to be given.
