Huh ? Are you saying that antibiotic resistance falsifies the prediction of evolution ?

Art: Bacterial adaptation to whatever. If these are good illustrations, why,
when we have known the problems with the peppered moth story for years,
have they not already been substituted in the textbooks?

Because it makes for a very understandable and descriptive example
