"Do you believe that the _laws_ designed the organisms and their
adaptability?"
That would be my guess. God designed laws that would do the work of
creation for Him, just as we design robotic systems to perform certain
tasks for us. If God cannot make a law that would do the work of creation
for Him, does that mean we are cleverer than God?
