David: This site does contain material that could be construed as offensive to
scientists and to thoughtful Christians. When browsing the net there is
always the risk of encountering offensive material of almost any type
(from neo-nazis to hard core pornography to filthy language to
pro-terrorist sites). If material that misrepresents science--put out by
some scientifically naive Christians causes a problem for Pim, who might
be easily offended by such things, then I might suggest the use of some
type of internet filter. :-)
I would be rich if I could make an internet filter like that... At least it would reduce the junk mail I keep receiving. I realize that the internet has opened opportunities for many to become 'visible' and I should not be so easily offended.
But I am only human.
