They (and, of course only by implication ;^> you) are greatly appreciated.

One follow-up question: on the inflationary model, or even wrt things like
the Schwarzschild black hole, is there any non-local causal interaction (if
"causal interaction" is even the right label for it -- what would be better,
"linkage" or something?) of the EPR/Bell's theorem type? This may be
empirically irrelevant, but if this were the case, I'd find it
philosophically interesting. Thanks -- again.
