Fair question, David. Glenn and I have discussed may things on this and
the ASA LISTSERV over the past few years and I have helped him
by being an "editor" of his last book. I consider him a friend and
as such am not adverse to "bugging" him a little. I hope I would not
post the same response to others I did not know as well!
In any case, I did not mean it as pejorative, and I don't think Glenn
took
it that way. Glenn, if you did, I apologize!
