Is this a reference to Nuremberg? Because if it is, it only proves my point.
The denial by Nazi leaders was offered up in their DEFENSE, to SAVE their
lives! Further, they were persisting in a lie about what ACTUALLY happened,
not in a lie about what they KNEW did NOT happen.
As you can see, this is the exact opposite of the apostles' case, and thus my
contention is confirmed.
