Russel made an argument to demonstrate the logical basis of morality. It
reminded me of a similar argument made sometime ago on this reflector by
someone whose name I forgot. But his argument from logic went like this:

I don't want to be hurt
I don't want anyone else to be hurt
The things that I don't want to happen to me or other people are wrong.

Therefore, inflicting hurt is wrong.

Does this encapsulate your argument, Russel?

Steve
