I'd be interested too. My ignorance of biology is showing I'm sure, but
since the characteristics we humans use to visually identify races (however
imperfectly) are carried by the genes, I'm a bit puzzled by this claim.
Perhaps you can elaborate on it.

Like Brian I've worked in a multinational workplace for a number of years,
and I've come to regard people from a wide variety of places as -- simply
-- valued colleagues. At the same time, each one of them contributes to
the richness of my experience. After a while you begin to realize that
there seems to be as much variation among the members of each national
group as there is among people in general.
