At this time, no. Plans are underway to set up a LISTSERV for NTSE
conference participants to continue the discussions begun last week in
Austin -- I spoke with Al about this and he did not say "no" or "yes" (or
even "maybe.") He did say the his secretary did all the e-mail etc. work
for him; that's not a good sign!
Phil's stuff is accessible throughthe ARN web site in astonishing detail. I
think all he had at this conference was a repackaging of previously
published material. My report of the Qs and As is, of course, mine, not
Phil's.
Current plans are to restrict membership on the NTSE LISTSERV to conference
participants only. These plans are still being worked out.
