But your terms "abuse" and "misuse" aremoral terms. Within the framework
alone, no such terms exist. You have (rightly, IMO) imported your own moral
paradigm into the discussion. But you should recognize that it's an import.

Hitler, OTOH, needn't have recognized such imports. IOW, he operated with a
huge moral trade defecit, perfectly justifiable under his system.
