As I said, Glenn privately gave me permission quite some time ago to
quote his book on the Reflector. I do not accept Glenn's thesis that
because he "wrote as a YEC" and now is a TE, that *everything* in the
book is now automatically "wrong, stupid, and ill-informed". Glenn
would not be the first author whose earlier views were more
correct than his latter ones. For example, Dawkins claims that
Darwin's first edition of his Origin was better than later editions:

"The paradox has often been noted that the first edition of The
Origin of Species makes a better case than the sixth." (Dawkins
R., "The Blind Watchmaker", Penguin: London, 1991, p.xvi)

And, no doubt many evolutionists would think that Dean Kenyon's views
in his "Biochemical Predestination" were more correct than those he
expressed in his Foreword to Morris & Parker's "What is Creation
Science?"!

I bought Glenn's book in good faith and I will still quote from it,
where I think it is correct. If Glenn wishes to show where those
quotes are wrong, that is his right. But he will have to do it
on a case-by-case basis, not by a blanket "I was wrong" disclaimer.

God bless.
