The following may fit the bill:

Hayward A., "Creation and Evolution: Rethinking the Evidence from
Science and the Bible", Bethany House: Minneapolis MN, 1995. Hayward
is an OEC.

Hugh Ross's books also:

Ross H., "The Fingerprint of God", Promise Publishing Co.,
Orange CA, Second Edition, 1991.

Ross H., "The Creator and the Cosmos", NavPress, Colorado Springs CO,
1993

Ross H., "Creation and Time" , NavPress, Colorado Springs CO,
1994.

Ross is an OEC too, but I think he has described himself as a PC.

God bless.
