Hello Brian & Stephen,
Thank you Brian for responding to Stephen regarding his charge that you
used the SECONDARY LITERATURE in this section of your post. I must admit
I was shocked when I read this criticism against you.

Stephen, do you know what exactly the SECONDARY LITERATURE is? And do
you understand why I am constantly challenging with regard to your
use of it?
