It is generally held that:

U=f(y) where y = quantaties existant at beginning of the universe

E=f(U) where E=evolution (change in genetic pool over time)

:. E=f(f(y)) or more simply E=f(y) given L (laws of math and
science)

However if y and L are combined so that w=y,L then the only
statement that can be made about the origin of the universe is w.
An equation is not allowed since L is included in w.
