It's amazing how you can delegitimize a people with deeds to their property with a few inapplicable lines. Jews have been returning to Palestine supported by internationl Jewry since the turn of the 20th century when the Ottoman Turks made it illegal for them to enter because of the vast numbers who were settling there. Their return has been bolstered by the Hasidic renewal in Poland and the birth of Zionism which is the dominating force in Israel today. They made financial promises to the British in exchange for the Balfour Declaration legitimizing a Jewish state. When it didn't emerge quickly enough Jewish terrorists murdered British soldiers. Today the Israelis build a wall and well meaning Christians all over the world cannot see the hypocrisy that South African apartheid is a viable tool, but only in Israeli hands.

There is so much in the news on the ignorance and poor political choices of conservative Christians, while an orthodox Jew believes this literally:
"The land which you are entering and will possess is a polluted land, polluted by the foreign population with their abominable practices, which have made it unclean from end to end. Therefore do not give your daughters in marriage to their sons, and do not marry your sons to their daughters, and never seek their welfare or prosperity. Thus you will be strong and enjoy the good things of the land, and pass it on to your children as an everlasting possession.Ezra 9:11-13

The Palestinians don't have a chance.

Also, the Jews and the Muslims live in peace only when the Jews are tax farming for the Muslims who have conquered an indigenous (usually Christian) people. I can think of two historical situations: Spain before the expulsion and the Ottoman Empire in which Christians were the SLAVE class.
