    Excellent idea.

    Here's some ramblings to start off...

    Perhaps there is a fact proof continuum, with proof of absolute fact at one
    end and proof of clear falsehood at the other, with theory and hypothesis
    lying in between.

    Peer review and experimental result or observation replication are often
    arbiters of fact in science. So lack of peer skepticism and result-oriented
    experimentation or observation are the enemies of the search for truth.

    So, too, is a prideful, dismissive attitude about opposing views.

    I guess it always comes down to pride, the mindset God so often says he
    hates.
