    Glenn writes to Dick

    >I say that I have Adam at 5.5 million years ago,
    (snip)
    >Adam is the date when God inserted the soul. I do have a question for you.
    I
    >sent you my book, did you actually read it?

Hmmm. It is beginning to seem like this is a game of one upsmanship.
Yes, it is now time to break out the Bible verses. Sigh.

Gen 10:6 The sons of Ham were Cush...
Gen 10:8 Now Cush became the father of Nimrod; he became a mighty one
               on the earth...
Gen 10:10 The beginning of his kingdom was Babel...

Glenn, I am astonished by the volumes of data that you are willing to
overlook. Quite frankly, I'm not sure how to rationally discuss a
correct time frame for the events of Genesis with you. I am actually
beginning to feel sorry for you. It must be very stressful living with
all of these contradictory ideas in your head.

How about leaving the past in the past? We USED to think Adam was alone
6,000-7,000 years ago. Let God be God. Let Him worry about all the people
who don't neatly fit into old time frames. God knew from the foundation of
the world who His people would be. Frankly, your position is not
    sustainable.
Your science is excellent. Too much of a good thing = a bad thing, though.
Inflexible people are the first to snap. I may have to start "ducking"
whenever I see one of your posts come through.

    Sadly,
    Jim
