    Since, AFAIK, the ICR is not itself an organized religion or religious
    group whose purpose is to worship some deity using some particular set
    of rituals or practices, it seems to me that it ought not be considered
    as a cult per se. OTOH, it seems that it probably is some sort of a
    para-cult organization. :)
