This is unfortunate because it probably keeps you from accepting a
brilliant proof of the doctrine of _creatio ex nihilo_:
1 - 1 + 1 - 1 + ....
= (1-1) + (1-1) + ....
= 0 + 0 + 0 ....
= 0
1 - 1 + 1 - 1 + ....
= 1 - (1-1) - (1-1) - ....
= 1 - 0 - 0 ....
= 1
Therefore 0 = 1.
