I agree with the first part, because creationism (especially OEC)
proposes "very occasional" miracles, less frequent than in the Bible.
But TE proposes going from "occasional" to "never" which is a big
change that requires some explanation for the shift-of-mode from
"mixed natural and supernatural" (in the Bible) to "only natural"
(before the Bible, during formative history).

comment: Here, I think "never" is accurate because TE is a theory about
what DID happen (only natural) in contrast with a theory that places
restrictions on what COULD happen (as in my error of using "never"
to describe the views of Howard).
