I have used the phrase in my e-mail sig for a number of years now.
I had thought it was clear, but George & John have pointed out
possibilities for misinterpretation.
"In faith and in science, all truth is God's truth." We may fear God,
but we need not fear that God will mislead, nor need we fear that a truth
found by scientific methods will negate or trump our faith in God.
No arrogance, no escapism. Just faith.
