I got the numbers from "Statistics Norway", whose page
http://www.ssb.no/navn is very popular here (check it out!). Some
anonymity is preserved: if there are at most three persons with a
given name, the number is not given. For example, there are at most
three males in Norway, perhaps none at all, called Chuck.
