In GSA Special Papaer 210 - Paleoenvironmental and Tectonic Controls in
Coal-Forming Basins in the US, on page121-122, there is a question
addressed to the author of the preceding paper. The questioner
references a paper presented by a Dr. Chao, of the USGS, on the Big
George Coal deposit at the 1984 Rocky Mountain Coal Symposium in Bismark,
ND. Could anyone tell me how to get a copy of the paper?
