Re: Science you'd be proud of; or the results of theistic evolution

William,

My point about the pyramid inversion just shows my understanding of
what you posted about science and experience as it's "base" (I read
foundation, or source here). If you're saying the 1st principles are
derived from the 2nd, and they from the 3rd, and they from the 4th as a
matter of ontological creative or constituent order, then you've got it
completely backwards. God is the Prime Mover, and this is the true form
or model of knowledge. You can know nothing, in truth, and therefore in
absolute certainty, without God. Otherwise, it's just as Paul says it
is, i.e., "science falsely so called."
Your testing of me on Quantum Mechanics can be answered with Eccl
11:3, which reads in the King James, "If the clouds be full of rain,
they empty themselves upon the earth: and if the tree fall toward the
south, or toward the north, in the place where the tree falleth, there
it shall be."
This leads into answering your concern about the reconciliation of
physics and chemistry with determinism.

Isaiah 55:8-9 For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your
ways my ways, saith the LORD. For as the heavens are higher than the
earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your
thoughts.

Romans 11:33-34 O the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and
knowledge of God! how unsearchable are his judgments, and his ways past
finding out! For who hath known the mind of the Lord? or who hath been
his counsellor?

Omniscience is relegated to the Lord himself by himself. All
attempts at it are reflective of Satan's work. Seeking truth is a
needful matter - just beware of ever learning and never being able to
come to the knowledge of the truth.
