I can't think of any really objective test that could test for "true fear of
God and faith in God." It is difficult to discern even in human beings, even
when they profess to be wheat not chaff. But, if enough chimps were involved,
they could be preached the gospel via ASL and if some changed their behaviour
from self-centered to unselfish, impatient to patient, indifferent to kind,
etc; I would say the tree is known by the fruit.
