Saladin indicated in his pages on the debate that if anyone was
interested in obtaining a copy of the Friedlander book that he could
provide them with a copy. I contacted Saladin and he said he would send
me a copy. I waited a couple of months and received nothing. I
contacted him again and received no reply.
I am still interested in taking a look at this book (paper?). Does
anyone on the list know of this book? Can you tell me more about it,
and where I can obtain a copy.
