How have you been? Have you been affected by the industry slowdown I've
been hearing about lately? My guess is that a slowdown for you would be a
40 hour week.
I don't remember whether or not I told you about a change of direction I had
undertaken last year in an effort to develop a more steady revenue stream
and recover from our forays into the jewelry business. I've been developing
a radically different kind of boron source for ion implantation. I had been
quite confident of developing a high-yield, non-toxic, non-corrosive, and
high-lifetime source. Early indications are that that goal has been nicely
met. What I didn't expect was the strong evidence of clusters. I
understand that there is considerable interest in this topic for low energy
implantation. Could you please give me a call? I need to ask you a couple
of timely questions.
