I believe the Bible passage you are thinking of is I Timothy 2:15. The NIV
translates it:
"But women will be kept safe through childbirth, if they continue in faith, love
and holiness with propriety." They have a footnote that offers "be saved"
instead of "kept safe". I wouldn't want to venture an opinion about what this
passage means--maybe you can make some sense of it.
