I guess I'd best go read that review. And reread INTEGRITY; it's been a
year or so.
Carter also wrote CULTURE OF DISBELIEF, which I've glanced at once on a
library shelf. His next book, I am told, will be called CIVILITY. He has
one after that in mind but I don't know the title.
