The first printing of GDIBH (Second Edition) is almost sold out. A second
printing is in the works. Thanks to all who purchased the first venture of
ASA Press.
Some of you have used the book in formal college classes, high schools,
and church groups. I would appreciate receiving a copy of "course outlines"
or other material which you have developed. We would put these materials in
a form that others could use (on the Web Site) - giving due credit to
authors of the notes.
