One obviously cannot use absence of evidence as evidence of absence.
However, after lots and lots of searching on all continents with not a
single example, one must finally decide that highly improbable that
anatomically modern man was on earth prior to that time. No anatomically
modern fossil has been found prior to 120-130,000 years ago.
