Craig,

I assume you are aware of Christian scholar's Review? While it does not
provide money it has an excellent reputation and has scholarly articles
in it.

There are also several specific discipline related Christian
organizations that are scholarly. Many aren't that active but the
Christian philosopher's organization is and sponsers good meetings. They
have made an impact on the secular discipline, which is more than a lot
of the disciplines.

Probably not what you had in mind, but thought I would share these
resources if you were not aware of them.
