Yes! Gen 1:11 says (literal translation) "Said God let sprout the earth
sprouts..." His word enabled the earth to do this, and it did (v.12).
"...and herb seeding seed, and tree of fruit producing fruit to its kind
which (has) its seed in it..."
It does not say that fruit trees produce fruit trees

What is the meaning of "herb seeding seed to its kind, and tree producing
fruit which (has) its seed in it, to its kind" (v. 12) if it is not that
the plants make seeds of their own kind, which will grow up into that kind
of plant?
