By evolution, I simply mean genetic change over time; this is known to
occur. My point is that evolution without miraculous intervention
(entirely in obedience to natural laws) can (and, I think, should) be
considered evidence of God's great wisdom in designing and running the
universe. A list of all the factors necessary for intelligent life to
evolve seems quite similar to Hugh Ross's lists of astronomical
constraints.
