Clarification

I've been asked to clarify my statement about books by Bube and Ramm, as vs
certain books coming out of San Diego. As for the latter, I prefer not to
be more specific, except to note the obvious fact that a number of
scientific creationist organizations are located in that part of California.

As for Bube and Ramm... Richard Bube has written several excellent books
relating science and faith. The one I had in mind here was "The Human
Quest," which is out of print (unless someone has better information). The
late Bernard Ramm wrote "The Christian View of Science and Scripture",
published in 1954 but in print until sometime in the 1980s. Though badly
dated now, I still think it should be required reading for ASA members: I
wouldn't put more than 2 or 3 other books on such a list.
