FW: The end

Not to change the thread but I thought this piece on eschatology was
interesting. This actually ties into the OT/NT God (sort of)
Revelations shows all the sides of God. It shows God condemning the
churches at the beginning of the book. It shows God allowing the world
to go through tribulation through out the book. It show's God
condemning the non-Christians to eternal damnation and the Christians to
eternal bliss at the end of the book.

God does not hate people/nations in the OT and suddenly love them in the
new. What He explains through object lessons in the OT is His hatred of
sin -- not of man. What He explains in the NT is how he is able to
permanently was away man's sin through Christ's death on the cross.
This then allows Him to love man without man's sin getting in the way of
the relationship.
