Johnson's impact

25 Feb 97 18:45:09 ESTI think Phil Johnson deserves three rousing cheers from all Christians who
have technical/scientific/engineering training and careers.
In large measure because of Phil, I can see a day, in the near term,
where ASA's mission statement will openly include
a "salt, light, and leaven" component. We won't have to apologize to our
colleagues for (to many) our "delusional private" metaphysic.
People may disagree with any number of things Phil has said and/or how he
has said them. But he's, ala John the Baptist, is preparing the way for us
to better share the gospel in our professions.
