Jason, there is the Center for Theology and the Natural Sciences
in Berkeley, CA. Their address is: 2400, Ridge Road, Berkeley, CA, 94709.
Their web site is: www.ctns.org
It is admittedly an academic institute for theologians, and the
commitment to creedal or scripturally based Christianity may be too weak
for some, but it may be a starting place for those frustrated with the
kinds of sources/theology/information you cite.
