Dear Bill,

Yes, thanks for asking. I don't know that much about it, but it helps that I
work in a theological library.

The best introduction by process advocates is:

The fountainhead of the movement is Whitehead's :

The first philosopher to really develop Whitehead's ideas for theology was
Charles Hartshorne:

also

neoclassical metaphysics.

Physical description: xvi, 335 p. 24 cm.
Bibliography note: Bibliography: p. 324-325.
Subject: God Proof, Ontological.
Subject: Religion Philosophy.
Subject: Philosophy.

There is also a journal called PROCESS STUDIES which is published by
the school of theology at Claremont College.

Most evangelical books on systematic theology written since the sixties also
interact with the movement. Some evangelicals, like Clark Pinnock, are moving
towards process theism, but stop short of embracing all of its claims. An
important book just published by some of these theologians is:

Title: The openness of God : a biblical challenge to the
traditional understanding of God / Clark Pinnock ... [et
al.].
Publication info: Downers Grove, Ill. : InterVarsity Press, c1994.
Physical description: 202 p. ; 23 cm.
Bibliography note: Includes bibliographical references (p. [177]-202).
Contents: Biblical support for a new perspective / Richard Rice --
Historical considerations / John Sanders -- Systematic
theology / Clark H. Pinnock -- A philosophical
perspective / William Hasker -- Practical implication
David Basinger.

I hope this helps. Please forgive the overload of bibliographical information,
but it is easier to get it directly off the library data base.
