God of the Gaps-Quantum Mechanics

Chuck Austerberry's recent comments on the question of God acting at the
quantum level reminded me of the recent work of Robert John Russell on
the possibility that God works at the quantum level without violating
the lawlike processes of nature. In one unpublished pape handed out at a
January 1996, Templeton Workshop "Theistic Evolution: Does God Really
Act in Nature? he considers areas of molecular biology in which quantum
